Jack’s first employment in real estate was in 1965 as a student at WVU. The firm was integrated as a real estate agency, lessor of commercial properties, real estate developer of commercial and residential complexes and residential homes projects. Jack has been a consultant for small, medium and larger business clients regarding purchasing, selling, developing, and utilizing real properties for many years, in numerous states. He has conducted a real estate school for individuals to obtain their agents licenses as well as licensed agents in order to obtain their brokers licenses for over 20 years. He has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from WVU. He completed the Graduate Realtor Institute courses in West Virginia. Jack holds a FAFI certification from WVU as taught by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is a Certified Fraud Investigator. Jack has taught real estate at Fairmont State University. Jack holds a pilot’s license for single engine aircraft.
